The Role:

HMC Group Solutions is looking for multiple Trainer & Assessors to join our rapidly expanding safety & training organisation.

Reporting directly to the Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work closely with exisiting clientele across all HMC Group Solutions undertakings.

The successful candidate must be passionate about building relationships within a working community.

It is required that you have:

• Computer and phone skills (Apple platform experience an advantage)
• Great phone ettiequte 
• Problem solving skills 
• Minimum 'C' Class - Provisional Drivers Licence
• A Working With Children & Police Checks
• A strong relationship building element
• Strong attention to detail
• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessing
• Current pathways for obtaining industry currency
