Emergency Evacuation Diagrams

An evacuation diagram shows people where they are, where the exits are and where to go in an emergency.

INSPEKTA draws emergency evacuation diagrams for workplaces, warehouses, workshops, offices and training sites across regional NSW. We visit your site, walk each area and measure up, then draw a diagram for every spot one will hang, each turned to match the way the viewer is facing.

Each diagram shows:

• A “You Are Here” marker, with the diagram turned to match the way you face it
• Exits and the assembly point
• Fire extinguishers, fire blankets, hose reels and hydrants
• First aid kits and spill kit stations
• A legend, a north point and the emergency number, 000
• Your site address and nearest cross streets
• The date it was developed and its review date

• On-site survey and measurement by an INSPEKTA technician
• Diagrams printed on seven-year-rated material, in a choice of finishes
• Frames supplied and installed at each diagram location
• PDF copies for your emergency plan and site records
• Review and revision when your layout changes or the review date falls due

Diagrams are drawn in accordance with AS 3745-2010 Planning for emergencies in facilities (including Amendments 1 and 2).

Each diagram carries a review date five years out, and we redraw it sooner if your layout, exits or equipment change.
